How is this different from our annual engagement survey?+

Is the data really anonymous?+

Yes. Employees access the assessment via a unique, anonymous link. Individual responses are never visible to employers. Only aggregate results (department-level, with minimum group sizes) are reported. Full GDPR Article 28 DPA included.

Do we need IT involvement to set up?+
